What is more stressful? Doing a movement in place, or moving across the dance floor? Sha’ Vega will teach you how to move fluidly and own your dance space with some creative combinations! Sha’ Vega will help you overcome that hesitation that all new dancers feel when making the transition from moving in place to actually dancing without the fear of moving!
*This is a beginner/intermediate level workshop. If you have less than 2 years of dance under your hip belt, this workshop may be for you!

We will also be having a Tribal show featuring Moria, Shakti Fusion and special guests Ethereal Tribal (Montreal).
