There is a waiting list for vendors in the Banquet Room but spaces are still available in the Multipurpose Room. If you want to vend, please contact Shalazar@shaw.ca. The table prices are as follows:
Banquet Room Table or Rack: each space 60.00 per day
Multipurpose room Table or Rack: each space 45.00 per day
Consignment table:
As always, MEDA members are invited to sell their gently-loved goods on the MEDA Consignment Table.
Consignment Table Guidelines
MEDA provides this table as a service for members. It is staffed by volunteers (whom we greatly value), so please be courteous to them – if you want to sell on this table please observe the rules.
1 – MEDA members only can sell at this table. (Register with Shalazar by March 20th.)
2 – Only 10 items per member allowed on the tables at any one time – more items will be added as your goods sell.
3 – Items must be clean & odourless. Air smelly costumes now!!
4 – You must supply us with a list of your items (two copies on an 8 x 11” page, smaller gets lost too easily). Put your name, address and phone # at the top.
5 – Every item for sale must have a tag or label with: (1) the item # from the list (2) the price (3) your initials (e.g.: # 4 $15.00 AL)
6 – IF YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE OFFERS, MARK DOWN ON BOTH SHEETS THE LOWEST PRICE YOU WILL ACCEPT.
7 – Review the list with volunteers when you bring your goods.
8 – MEDA charges $5.00 for the use of the table plus 5% of the value of merchandise sold.
9 – MEDA will close the table one hour before the bazaar ends on Sunday to tally up the sales and calculate payouts.
10 – No early payouts please!
11 – Sellers must make arrangement to pick up their unsold goods at the end of the bazaar.
Thank you for participating and respecting these guidelines!
